*The Connecticut Chapter of the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (CONN NAHRO) will award three (3) John J. Kelly Memorial Scholarships of $3,500 each to a deserving senior or current college students who reside in public housing or in a household that participates in a Section 8 program. The application of this scholarship has been sent to your local public housing agency or Section 8 contractor. You may also pick up an application in the Magnet office.
